Allowing me ample time to complete my final exams before moving to start work and even offering me more time than I initially asked for.
Cons
Not all relocation services are available in all areas of the U.S. Some options may not be available depending on where you currently live. The location can be a pro or a con - depending on your preference. For me, it is a con because of how far out of the way it is. I'm not the biggest fan of commutes away from town, but some people don't like big cities. YMMV.
