Pros
I have worked at Intercom for 4+ years and had an incredibly positive experience. The culture is genuinely one of the best parts of the company — there’s real autonomy, and your ideas are welcomed and considered rather than shut down. It creates an environment where you feel empowered to contribute and innovate. The product roadmap is clear and thoughtfully aligned with the sales strategy, which makes it much easier to execute and feel confident in the direction of the business. As a manager, I always felt like I understood where we were going and why. Career progression is taken seriously here. There are clear paths for growth and programs designed to highlight and develop talent, which makes a big difference if you’re ambitious and want to advance. The benefits and perks are also excellent — I genuinely felt taken care of as an employee. And most importantly, hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. Performance is recognized and rewarded. Overall, a place where you can grow, be heard, and be rewarded for the effort you put in.
