      Pros

      I have worked at nora for serval years and by far, it has been the best company that I have ever been employed at. With the leadership and guidance of the customer support manager, I have been able to grow within my position. Our manager is supportive and is always willing to teach, listen and help you when needed. Many times, I have witnessed our manager going above and beyond for the team. It’s truly amazing to be part of this team and I am grateful to have a manager that cares. The other managers at nora are great as well, they all have an open-door policy and you are encouraged to ask for help from anyone, no matter what their title happens to be. The HR team is another advantage I feel we as employees have at nora. They are always looking to find ways to inject fun into the office all throughout the year. Above all, they are great listeners and it is comforting to know, that you can trust they have your best intertest at heart. If you are looking for a great opportunity at a family oriented company, then nora is the place to be.

      Pros

      It's the people. It's the way we operate like a well-oiled machine, with everyone working toward the same goals. It's our products, our leadership in sustainability, and the passion that people at Interface bring to their work. Oh, and the executive leaders! They're some of the most down-to-earth, approachable, and authentic people I've ever had the opportunity to work with. They lead with humility, genuinely care about their teams, and make you feel like empowered. And they are funny to boot!

      I wish we had an HSA as part of our benefit package.

      Pros

      My first 100 days have been very enjoyable. I can't say enough positive about this company. My onboarding process was the best I've ever had. Very clear communication on expectations. The culture has been everything that was described to me during the hiring process. People have been both kind and welcoming, Alignment with company values and mission to what was presented during the hiring process...no disconnects. Clarity in communication has been a welcome change!!

      Cons

      The commute, but it was a known from the outset. Some systems are dated. Benefits are average. No HSA.
