      Pros

      Interview process was very quick and probably one of the best interviews I've ever had where I immediately felt like a part of the team before I was even offered a position with the company. They got me set up with my vehicle, phone, and computer on day one. Everyone that I have met has been very friendly and welcoming.

      Cons

      Getting licenses issued has taken several weeks now and we are still waiting. 3 weeks now. "Death by power point" is an understatement when it comes to CBTs especially when you don't learn in that way and it is so much information that there is just no way to retain it all without any hands on experience/training.

      Pros

      Awesome talent acquisition team, great onboarding process, thorough and broad introduction process to meet the entire team and a very welcoming and supportive organization as a whole. Leadership is extremely visible, involved and supportive.

      Pros

      1. The front line workers are fantastic. Most are willing to go above and beyond to get the job done, and pitch in when things go wrong (as they often did). 2. Many jobs can be done remote, which is great for families and employees 3. Health care was very good and low cost for employees

      Cons

      1. There was an incredible amount of micro-managing 2. Metrics consumed a good part of your day, but rarely added much value 3. Project managers viewed as glorified administrators, and were often the scape goat when things went wrong.
