      Best company I have ever worked for!

      Pros

      I started with Interface 12 years ago today, and have seen a lot of good changes over the years. The recent focus on "building a culture" has made a big improvement in overall morale for the team. The company also recently switched to a "Day 1" start for benefits including vacation accrual and insurance. Upper management and the Executive team seems to truly care about the team and has made huge strides to show their appreciation.

      Cons

      The biggest con I hear from operators is working holidays. I always liked working the holidays as an operator since you get paid time and a half plus 8-hours of holiday pay, but I can see where others may like the time off instead.

      Pros

      A lot of time being spent to improve things, especially for the employee experience. You can tell that leadership is invested in the culture and the employee's wellbeing The company changed to getting benefits and time off accruals starting on day one. No waiting period to get benefits is great.
