Pros
- Amazing people work here, if you are open to socializing with coworkers - lots of skill development available if budget is available - actively involved in forward thinking within the industry as it changes from "old school" mentalities
Cons
- individuals may experience "slipping between the cracks" and being left out of skill development unless they actively pursue - despite voicing interest in expanding skills there is a negative environment of "yes, you are capable" and "no you don't have enough credentials" as conflicting opinions on what individuals are capable of and as a result one can be found doing the same task over and over again - management has no training in place for new employees (in particular fields) and expects them to learn on the job autonimously - high stress, with individuals constantly say "forget that other task and complete this for me"
