Concerns ignored - Anonymous employee Interfor Employee Review

Management continuously promotes people they like, not for the work that they do and tell others that there's no room in the budget for increases. Witnessed a lot of office politics and a lot of turnover. Lots of good people either being let go or voluntarily quitting - leads to bad morale and toxic environment. Employee concerns and ideas are often "encouraged" but they are actually not welcomed or addressed, unless it's what they want to hear - leads to distrust of management.
