Pros
Engaging work, lots of opportunities to move up in the company especially if you are willing to relocate or train for new skills. Great benefits and above average wages/salary. Management has been very accommodating to requests for time off and are willing to work with me on personal schedule changes.
Cons
Sometimes not enough existing processes are in place - supervision team has to make it up on the fly which can be difficult. My on-boarding was rushed as they needed someone ASAP. Work load is quite high.
