With the organizational restructure, there is a new culture of fear. Every single day I go into work, people are talking about how much transparency is talked about to death but no one is actually being communicated with. Upper leadership is patting themselves on the back for their "grand new vision" for Intermountain, but they are not reassuring people or communicating with people about the one thing that matters for their lives: their jobs. No one knows if they will be able to keep their job. This is not something that has ever been an issue at Intermountain before. People have always felt safe. However now, people feel expendable and sacrificed to the "vision". There is fear, there is distrust, and a daily culture of terror. Will people have to sell their homes? Should we be looking for new jobs? There is NO communication. The corporation has shown their true colors as ego-centric to upper leadership.
