Just another private equity company corporatizing our healthcare systems buying up all the hospitals they can to make more money for upper administration while taking away benefits, incentives, and better quality supplies we used to enjoy before being bought.
Of course we get trinkets and pizza parties, so that should wase the blow, right?
There have also been seemingly arbitrary lay-offs of good management which outraged many of us leading to many people quitting.
All of that has created higher turn-over and a stressed and burnt out team of healthcare providers and staff, making it harder to provide quality healthcare to our community and surrounding rural areas.
But I'm not bitter.
