Pros
I have had a very rewarding experience with SCL. Management and coworkers have been great to deal with; professional and willing to have discussion. I have had flexibility in my work hours and this allows me personal time which is so important. You don't have to work on being liked here; they appreciate hard work, dedication and a desire to improve the skill set and it doesn't go unappreciated. I wish all companies can follow the example set here as many don't understand what it is to appreciate hard work and let that person know how much they are appreciated. I have been treated as a human being; not just someone on the other end of the computer and the support does not go unnoticed. You get more with honey than with vinegar and motivation is so important.
