Good work environment, parties and events on every occasion

Cons

Partiality with sincere hardworkers, sometimes too much work pressure. Good salary hike given only to employees who have the ability to impress the managers.

Pros

- Industry leader in a technology that no one else wants to invest in because or poor ROI - Great Engineering team with extremely good technical capacity and focus - Good for freshers

Cons

- No Policy and procedures. Anything that suits management is a policy. Nothing is on paper or concrete definition - HR does not hold any authority/powers. HR follows whatever manager says without even looking into facts - Extremely Negative work environment. People with new ideas are looked at with hostility - Use very old technology methodologies and business practices - No defined goals - Does not respect experienced professionals with dynamic thought process
