* If you hard working, you will get great benefit * Leaders are very friendly and helpful * You have a chance work with newer technology * If they can be convinced your skills and knowledge, you will climb the stairs quickly
Cons
They usually mention, "We are the leader in our field." It is probably yes, but they follow their competitors. For example, salaries are fair, and they are careful about their area. This is good but not enough for the Intertech, who wants to be a leader.
