There is very little to no negativity. Intralox also encourages people to contribute new ideas no matter what your position is. It has a very horizontal organizational structure, not at all like the traditional top down management. The company is extremely innovative, utilizing top of the line equipment in their machine shops, molding facilities, R&D, and testing areas. They also offer great benefits and a good bonus plan.
