Pros
Most of the people you will work with here are good people. If you want to work here try to avoid production, the rest of the company is an above average work place.
Cons
Low wadges. An incentive plan that never quite meets expectations. What i mean is we sit in quarterly meetings and hear that the company made more more money than ever BUT either the euros up or the dollars weak or vice versa and the employees never really win. Also a health care plan that no one understands-be ready to negotiate with the provider and the physicians.
