Pros
The employees are Intralox's best asset. There is also medical staff and a gym onsite.
Cons
There are a few cons to being employed by Intralox. The first con is the pay structure, the salary structure is below the industry norm with a low base pay and incentives based upon company performance. If the company is in a period of decline you may or may not receive the quarterly bonus, which is apart of your total compensation plan. Another con is the lack of diversity at the management level. Intralox's managerial and supervisory staff lacks diversity of both people of color and women. You will quickly hit a glass ceiling at Intralox where promotion comes from the good boy system or who is friends with who. There have been four instances of my two year tenure here where they offer someone a job, post the job "legally" for seven days and the job is taken off the company site and given to the person it's promised to. Giving the illusion that the posting is up for grabs. The person may or may not be qualified for the position it's a system of who kisses up the most to get where they need to be.
