Pros
* Good and extensive product training. * Good bonus scheme. * Good comfortable salary. * Great colleagues * While interviewing it's good that you get to 'listen in' with a future colleague. It gives a good indication of what the job is all about.
Cons
* No growth opportunities. If you want to grow and not stagnate then this is not the company for you. * Little flexibility (no flexible working hours, getting part time is very difficult and if you are lucky only after you have been there for a long time). * No working from home. * Office politics, especially on the 3rd floor F&V team: stay out of it if you can. * Oracle. *Too much monitoring: you specifically go for 'self managed people' but you monitor them as if they were high school students. That's not cool. * The interview process for new employees is long with 4-5 interviews.
