Pros
The people (coworkers) are great and compensation is reasonable. Philosophy is fantastic when followed. Management in departments besides manufacturing are generally considered excellent and the employees in those departments are generally happy with the company.
Cons
Upper management in Manufacturing is the worst. They don't care for input from the experts who have been with the company for decades. The manufacturing manager(s) are smart, no doubt, but they are terrible with people. They don't respect anyone that reports to them and they treat their employees and the work they do like they don't matter. All the hard work people do never gets recognition and gets dismissed as if it is sub-par even though it is exactly what the employee was asked tasked to do by the managers.
