Pros
Good working environment. Intralox has a good medical and eye vision benefits. Bonus are very nice if the company does well.
Cons
Dysfuntional Leadership with no clear direction. Intralox preached think like a leader, but if you make a mistake you will get fired. The turn around rate is high. Once you learn your job they will move you to a new line. No define expectations. Everyone has to follow these LCI principle, but leadership get to do what ever they want. Engineering drawing are a mess. Products received from vendors are not good. No system in place to address ongoing quality issues. Intralox preached big bonuses to get people to join. What Intralox should do is take care of their people. I would run away if I were you. Intralox is a nice place to get experience, but not a good place to work long term. Most people in leadership have only been with the company five years or less.
