I look back to the amazing journey of 10 years when I joined IRIS in my pristine time of my career and IRIS has honed my skills as a professional. I have been fortunate enough to spend a major part of my career at IRIS. I am pleased to share that we both have grown symbiotically over these years. The best part about IRIS is that it’s a people centric organization and very transparent. Team is very collaborative and I haven’t seen any siloed decision making till now. There is a flat hierarchy, and open door policy - the leaders have always been very approachable and have been a tremendous source of inspiration. From a work life balance standpoint, iris is definitely the place to be. The company gives so much importance to wellness, inclusion and diversity making it a perfect workplace for collaborative thinking. I have been fortunate to have worked with such bright minds.
