only I can say is i got good hike compared to previous

Cons

Cant explain all, listing out few.. 1. No professionalism 2. No respect to employees 3. dont have any project except CitiBank 4. they fear from stakeholder, felt like Yes Boss Yes Boss environment 5. Not open for any suggestion as they already decided 6. no learning for new tech stack, they work like 10 yrs old architecture. with WATERFALL model. 7. So much politics and bootlicking etc.. etc...

- Wonderful management - Nice working culture - Great projects - Freedom of speech

Cons

- Too much stress is given on unnecessary data preparation just to please QMG

Owner of the company is beside each employee everytime, excellent top management, Technology is good

Cons

Process oriented, too much politics, some worthless people who makes life difficult, mid level management very very bad and political minded
