Dont Join Its Bad - Associate Project Manager Iris Software Employee Review

Cant explain all, listing out few.. 1. No professionalism 2. No respect to employees 3. dont have any project except CitiBank 4. they fear from stakeholder, felt like Yes Boss Yes Boss environment 5. Not open for any suggestion as they already decided 6. no learning for new tech stack, they work like 10 yrs old architecture. with WATERFALL model. 7. So much politics and bootlicking etc.. etc...
