Pros
Departments outside of finance seem to be more fun and easier to work with. There are a lot of opportunities to get involved in firm wide events as well as community events.
Cons
Awful management who was incredibly passive aggressive and would bully often. This was my first job out of college I felt I had no room to learn or make mistakes my confidence was destroyed from the start and I had absolutely zero morale working here. Compensation is average not good not bad either.
