      This job allowed me the opportunity for advancement but with stipulations. You must cater to certain individuals to advance, get time off, or even be treated fairly.

      Cons

      Old school mentality. You must cater to management and the unreal expectations coupled with the rules and expectations constantly changing without any communication.

      - Kept all promises made during interview. - good pay - great associate benefits and health insurance and PTO Healthy work environment

      Sometimes traffic can be really slow so it was hard to meet my goals as a full-time stylist.
