Pros
- AWESOME discount - Amazing, friendly, supportive staff, including management - Very little inside drama - You were always kept on the same page as everyone else, either through a brief snapshot of the day before your shift starts, or a quarterly store meeting
Cons
- Retail hours, so holiday time-off is hard to come by - There was some staff turn-over, but I've seen way worse
