      Pros

      I love the clothes, the discount is pretty good and you can build a work wardrobe for the future, as a college student this is a positive.

      Cons

      The customers at J. Crew sometimes are difficult to please. Retail in itself is sometimes difficult to work in so I would say it's just like every other store.
