      Generous vacation time, short work day, low stress, engineering team had very diverse ethnic makeup, excellent employee discount.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic, very hierarchical, poor engineering culture, easy for senior talent to get away with doing very little.

      Sometimes traffic can be really slow so it was hard to meet my goals as a full-time stylist.
