Pros

Interview was very easy and got the job immediately. Beautiful store.

Cons

Constantly changing the schedule even the day before. Rude managers to the associates. No break room for associates it was onky for the managers. So I had to go out for lunch and sit outside which is illegal very actually. All the managers did was eat. The fridge was packed and none of the associates used it. We couldn't even get into the office. A few months there was way enough. The managers didn't care about their associates at all. Treated them very rudely I mean very rudely. Explains the high turn over. I would have stayed but management especially the Director of the store has to leave. She was rude very rude. All she cared about was the enterprise orders which is the only reason why that store is still there. Yes we are college kids but we know how to be treated and how to be polite.

Pros

Good time-off package. Holiday week off for office employees. Historically respected work-life balance and flexible working. Good employee discount and maternity leave.

Cons

C-suite pushing a mandatory 3 days in-office after 5+ years of boasting flexibility as a cornerstone of their employee benefits package. Lack of clear and thoughtful communication of this new policy was frustrating and disheartening as an employee. Leadership, starting with the CEO, is at an all-time low of the last 6 years of working in their corporate office. Horrifying to see how poorly initiatives are getting rolled out, likely getting pushed down from board of directors. Would anticipate a rough transition into the company if you choose to take a role replacing the dozens of employees possibly being forced to leave the company due to RTO.
