Pros
Great health benefits, 50%, 30% off discounts, and a month of PTO for full-time associates. Casual work environment and mostly pleasant people to work with.
Cons
When the call center first opened up, there was a lot of room for growth and promotions, but this has since stopped. Upper management does not share prospective company changes with floor associates leaving many people to spread rumors and gossip.
