PTO, medical and dental insurance optional, Job is literally so easy a moron could do it, and there are a few that work here.
Cons
Takes forever for underperforming employees that shirk their responsibilities to get fired. upper and middle management is disconnected from lower level supervisors and communication is horrible. Management can be condescending at times.
