No training, rude and malicious environment - Anonymous employee J. Crew Employee Review

I can't explain enough how negative my time working here was. I worked in the corporate office and there was high employee turnover, which speaks for itself. Management had little care for employees, and employees were downright malicious to each other. Terrible culture.
