Some who I can call long time friends. Pay as an associate is higher than some retail jobs, however, with the caliber of service we have to provide, it should be higher. Great structured environment as I've mentioned before. J. Crew was my first retail job and I think their high standards creates good habits you essentially carry on-to next jobs.

There are clients like this EVERYWHERE, however, dealing with the occasional nitpicky client who comes from privilege will be difficult at times, but you being a resilient retail employee – it's no big feat.
