Pros
Supportive team of managers. Good discount, if the clothes are your style. A very busy store= a decent amount of part time hours if you are a hard worker.
Cons
As an associate, the sales we have in the store sometimes make it difficult to reach daily goals on a slow day. They are, however, great for the customers and most often the reason they came to the store in the first place.
