Pros

I worked 3 - 4 times a week at roughly 20 hours. This was perfect for me and the manager was always very accommodating of my scheduling conflicts. I assisted clients at the store and helped give them an exemplary experience. Great clientele and management.

Cons

I personally didn't find anything negative about my location. I worked hard and felt I was compensated fairly for the time I put in. On top of what I earned in commission.

Pros

Good time-off package. Holiday week off for office employees. Historically respected work-life balance and flexible working. Good employee discount and maternity leave.

Cons

C-suite pushing a mandatory 3 days in-office after 5+ years of boasting flexibility as a cornerstone of their employee benefits package. Lack of clear and thoughtful communication of this new policy was frustrating and disheartening as an employee. Leadership, starting with the CEO, is at an all-time low of the last 6 years of working in their corporate office. Horrifying to see how poorly initiatives are getting rolled out, likely getting pushed down from board of directors. Would anticipate a rough transition into the company if you choose to take a role replacing the dozens of employees possibly being forced to leave the company due to RTO.
