      Pros

      The discounts were amazing, clientele is friendly, clothes are classy and fun so it is definitely a clean and sophisticated environment.

      Cons

      The employees were very competitive with each other. Sales associates always tried to steal other people's customers. Everyone had to stay at least one of their shifts for closing time which meant cleaning up the store after an entire's day work and refolding/reorganizing everything.

      - Kept all promises made during interview. - good pay - great associate benefits and health insurance and PTO Healthy work environment

      Cons

      Sometimes traffic can be really slow so it was hard to meet my goals as a full-time stylist.
