Pros

expectations are really low and once you are in the union its nearly impossible to get fired

Cons

no one is held accountable for anything the pay is terrible especially for shift work the they are scraping the bottom of the barrel for new hires

Pros

Good pay and great benefits. Good coworkers. Every other weekend off is nice.

Cons

Swing shift is tough. Also, they claim to be a drug free work place but one of the department managers buys marijuana edibles from one of the floor staff members. Hypocrites.
