Pros

Benefits are good Good travel perks People are nice Training courses The company allows employees to use flex time when working, you can kind of pick your schedule, as long as you get your work done your manager will be satisfied. The will pay for tuition for MBA eventually of you make your way up. Quarterly bonus' based on department performance.

Cons

Pay is sub par for entry level employees out of university Office is out dated Extremely conservative work place The office looks like its from the 70's, the furniture is old, outdated and in poor condition most of the time. The managers/directors are getting raises constantly while the employees do not.

Pros

Good pay and great benefits. Good coworkers. Every other weekend off is nice.

Cons

Swing shift is tough. Also, they claim to be a drug free work place but one of the department managers buys marijuana edibles from one of the floor staff members. Hypocrites.
