Pros

Very good pay. Well-knit team if you are lucky to be assigned to one. Tries to pride itself for being safe.

Cons

Management is wanting in people skills. The operator is expected to be the be all and end all. One has to be willing and able to accept all sorts of responsibility (and blame) for things he did and failed to do. Uses the all encompassing "YOU OWN THE STOP BUTTON" for any or all issues raised by an employee that management cannot address directly. Machines need proper maintenance. Can do better with training by coming up with a standardized program staffed with the proper people.

Pros

Good pay and great benefits. Good coworkers. Every other weekend off is nice.

Cons

Swing shift is tough. Also, they claim to be a drug free work place but one of the department managers buys marijuana edibles from one of the floor staff members. Hypocrites.
