- No clear leadership. Too many chefs in the kitchen - People are promoted to leadership roles without actually being trained on how to be a leader - There are too many employees left to their own devises, the left hand doesn't always know what the right hand is doing - The sense of pride that we once felt has been slowly but surely killed off - People in leadership roles make it very clear who they do not like and they make that person's life a nightmare.
