Management has no control over routes. Drivers always get screwed over by the rest of departments. If a driver is always late then routing will take stops off of late route and add them to a early route. Helping others doesn't pay well. Salesmen will screw you over by ordering light earlier in the week, then overload on weekends. Holiday pay is a joke, you may see only an extra $50 on your paycheck. No work life balance at all.
