Left out in the elements, the job is very demanding and very physical very hands on. Sink or swim no lifeguard.

You'll learn a lot about beer if you pay attention.

Cons

No real support on the job, they only care about getting the beer off truck everything else they don't care. Store owners use and abuse you and if not they will complain and you would just be doing it next week.

Beer discount, some great people, good benefits

Cons

Communication is a huge problem. Work schedule not flexible at all. Company Culture is terrible, lots of gossip and blame happening. Some of the sales force just can't seem to make it work and stay organized. I felt like many of my requirements in my position were very superficial and gender-stereotyped.
