It starts at the top with the co-founders, CEO. Exec. V.P. Retail stores and honestly all management, from the top down who maintain a culture built on kindness with no time for big egos. The company has grown and is strategically developing upon its recipe to position itself as a bigger leader in the marketplace. I have worked in several companies and can honestly say that after five years I truly enjoy my job, respect the people I work with and our customers are the best. Our stores are uniquely designed to their area and yet we are the same in promoting each other, voluntary diplomats if you will, at the store level.
