Pros

It starts at the top with the co-founders, CEO. Exec. V.P. Retail stores and honestly all management, from the top down who maintain a culture built on kindness with no time for big egos. The company has grown and is strategically developing upon its recipe to position itself as a bigger leader in the marketplace. I have worked in several companies and can honestly say that after five years I truly enjoy my job, respect the people I work with and our customers are the best. Our stores are uniquely designed to their area and yet we are the same in promoting each other, voluntary diplomats if you will, at the store level. We know we are on the same team and love to cheer each other on. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit along with a desire to welcome customers as if into your own home then this is the brand, life and work style you want to promote and wear.

Cons

There are cons in every business especially when one is growing, and growing well that is a good thing. You must be able to accept that and the nature of the business-retail. If you have the right mindset and understand the needs of business, are a goal oriented individual who loves people, fun, and fashion that does not go out of style then this is the company for you.

The environment feels very chaotic, with teams operating in silos and limited cross-functional communication. There is little to no structured onboarding, documentation, or guidance for new employees, making it difficult to get up to speed. The lack of established processes and clear ownership creates unnecessary confusion, duplicate work, and inefficiencies that impact productivity. There is significant opportunity to improve communication, standardize workflows, and provide better support for new hires.
