Cons

Reviews are not given in a timely manner, or a raise that is earned. Compensation for loyalty and hard work is reciprocated with a generous clothing allowance which is based on each associates sales plan and / or the monthly goal for the month. This clothing is limited to clothes from the brand that can be worn to work. Yet, a generous compensation for low hourly wages.

The environment feels very chaotic, with teams operating in silos and limited cross-functional communication. There is little to no structured onboarding, documentation, or guidance for new employees, making it difficult to get up to speed. The lack of established processes and clear ownership creates unnecessary confusion, duplicate work, and inefficiencies that impact productivity. There is significant opportunity to improve communication, standardize workflows, and provide better support for new hires.
