Pros

Great discounts (50%) and also “merchandise quota” if a store makes its monthly sales goal. This translates into $800 a month in tax-free merchandise. Corporate culture is fun and upbeat. Great for design-oriented or fine arts personalities.

Cons

HR seems to be weakest link. No manager training. Hiring sales associate staff has been a huge struggle. Corporate HQ offers no support in recruiting, applicant screening, hiring or training. They do provide a minimal budget for advertising an opening but that’s it. You’re a store manager; you need to hire. You have to stay in shop and keep open. You cannot hit the pavement.

Pros

Good benefit & Compensation Hybrid

Cons

The environment feels very chaotic, with teams operating in silos and limited cross-functional communication. There is little to no structured onboarding, documentation, or guidance for new employees, making it difficult to get up to speed. The lack of established processes and clear ownership creates unnecessary confusion, duplicate work, and inefficiencies that impact productivity. There is significant opportunity to improve communication, standardize workflows, and provide better support for new hires.
