Pros
Great positive company culture focused on client-sales relationships who encouraged building long-term, positive relationships with customers. I worked in several locations, not just in princeton and they were all the same wholesome, friendly atmosphere. There was never a moment where I felt hounded to make a certain amount of sales per hour etc. Instead, we were encouraged to personalize each interaction with our customer and focus on only what they needed. If a client couldn't find a size or color in store, we happily worked hard to locate that size/color throughout the company. If a client didn't feel beautiful or powerful in the clothing or accessories they tried on that day, we were encouraged to monitor future in-coming product and call the client when we had an item they were searching for. It felt like a network of friends and family working together to positively impact our clients lives. Despite moving on career-wise to another profession, I miss working with this company!
