Pros
This is a fantastic place to work! J-U-B prioritizes the balance of providing adequate structure and resources to support and grow staff while still treating people like people instead of cogs in a wheel. I would highly recommend (and actively do to friends and family) working at J-U-B. I left the company because a very unique opportunity unexpectedly came along, but before that I actively told people I couldn't see myself leaving the company unless I moved somewhere that J-U-B didn't have an office. The people there are collaborative, encouraging, maintain high standards for their work, promote a healthy and enjoyable work culture, and respect and promote work-life balance. Again, I highly recommend this employer for anyone who wants to do high-quality work with good people while still having space for a balanced personal life.
Cons
I have few to no cons with working here. But in the spirit of giving a well-rounded review, I'll share one insight I heard from a few individuals. I think J-U-B seeks to be flexible with its employees in the type of work they perform, but as with any larger company, structured positions with specializations help with project delivery quality and efficiency. Personally, I felt I had a strong variety in my project diversity, having the opportunity to work on unique and different projects rather than designing the same thing over and over again. However, some felt the structure limited them from having the wide variety of project/discipline types that they desired.
