Pros

Great benefits packages, 401k rates and with empower as a retirement company there are a lot of options.! The leadership from the plant manager to the business unit leaders are a strong focal point of this fast paced and growing company.

Cons

Alot of role changes alot of new machines alot of learning. It's a learning curb, but it's that way for everybody so it works out as a great place to find what you're good at!

Opportunity for overtime. Some opportunity for advancement. Relatively easy work depending on title.

Cons

Veteran employees think they own the place. HR is totally disconnected from daily operations. Management only cares about their own job. Some positions mandate too much overtime.
