I work with AJ Shippert in my job hunt and discovered that he is unlike the average recruiter. He takes time to get to know you as a person and then finds a job that fits you and your skillset. He's the best recruiter I've ever worked with.

These guys truly care about the people they helping to get jobs. They put an emphasis on safety and you can tell that they are always trying to do the right thing for their people. Once you get hired on you feel like one of their employees, it's a career placement company that is set apart from all of the other guys. I really appreciate everything they did for me. Also, you get benefits almost immediately when you start, whether you are hourly or salaried. Unheard of in staffing.
