After getting my start in recruiting with a nationwide, high volume corporation, JARBO has been a breath of fresh air. The owners are selective and selective of the clients we work with as well as the candidates we place. Rather than trying to smash square pegs into round holes, they care if the placements we make are going to be long term solutions for both sides. With so many other agencies churning out numbers with no regard for how much a career decision impacts lives it's great to work for a company who is committed to making sure we are improving people's situations. I would wholeheartedly recommend JARBO to anyone looking, whether it be a internal/external job seeker or a company in need.
