Pros

Unfortunately, not many to list. There are some resources HR provides for training but they're not comprehensive.

Cons

No room for growth or movement, hiring freeze that HR team is neglecting to let employees know, no transparency whatsoever, CEO and leadership solely concerned about shareholders, shady business practices, leadership team underneath Executives are so frustrated and brunt out which trickles down to management employees, severely understaffed in home office, increase in layouts in past months (Jan-Apr) and no one is getting hired into newer roles, no room for development, no assistance to pursue higher education, older legacy systems that need more updates, because everyone is so overworked and stressed out, there is no sense of culture/teamwork/work family, incredibly behind retail trends, no clear vision in where the company needs to go, working on too many things with not enough resources to accomplish

Pros

If you like working early morning hours and getting off early in the afternoon (which I do) this is a great part-time job. I was a college student when I worked here so it worked perfectly with my schedule. The pay is pretty decent and the people you work with are friendly.

Cons

Only real downside is that it's retail. You're going to run into some rude customers from time to time. There's always work to do and not enough time given to do it sometimes. But as long as you work hard and managers see that you're trying your best there isn't too much pressure put on you.
